ISLAND REALTORS SWEEP 2002 STATE REALTOR AWARDS
January
2003 - West Babylon, NY - The Long Island Board of Realtors
(LIBOR) is pleased to announce that local Realtor, Audrey Livingstone,
has been named 2002 New York State Realtor® of the Year
and Realtor® Mel Farkas, was named 2002 New York State Realtor-Associate
of the Year. The awards were announced recently during the New
York State Association of Realtors® (NYSAR) October Business
Meetings held in White Plains.
Audrey
Livingstone has practiced real estate for over twenty years.
She is Broker/owner of Century 21 Annettes in Uniondale. Audrey
served as LIBOR’s 2001 President and has held many positions
at the Board, as well as at the Multiple Listing Service of
Long Island, has served in a wealth of positions throughout
LIBOR an MLS.
Mel
Farkas is a Realtor associate with Century 21 AA in Seaford.
Mel currently serves the Board in the capacity of Nassau County
Vice President. Mel was elected LIBOR’s President-Elect for
2003.
