Linda Bonarelli Installed as 2007 Long Island Board of REALTORS® President
January, 2007 - West Babylon, NY - The Long Island Board
of REALTORS® Inc. (LIBOR)
has named Linda Bonarelli as the 2007 Board President. Linda was installed
during the recent Installation Gala held at the Crest Hollow Country
Club.
Linda began her real estate career in 1987 and is the current owner
of RE/MAX North Shore in Huntington and RE/MAX Fine Homes and Estates
in East Hills. Linda has been an active member of LIBOR since 1988. She
has served as LIBOR Treasurer in 2003 and 2004, Suffolk County Vice President
in 2005 and President-Elect in 2006. She also currently serves
on the Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors. Linda has served
on various LIBOR committees including Professional Standards, Grievance,
Education, Audit, Budget and Legislative; and MLS committees including
Technology, Budget, Rules and Field Issues Task Force.
Linda obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration for Accounting
in 1980 from Adelphi University. Her accounting career spanned
from Banking to Manufacturing including working for Fortune 250 Company. Linda
believes that education and knowledge are the keys to success. She
holds the following NAR real estate designations: CRB, CRS, CIPS, GRI,
CBR and CHLMS. It is through education, hard work and having an
entrepreneurial spirit that Linda has been able to reach her current
goals.
Joining Bonarelli on the 2007 LIBOR Executive Committee are: President-Elect,
Mohsen Zandieh; Vice President of Suffolk, Liz English; Vice President
Nassau, Daniel Ryan; Vice President Queens, Buddy Hoosein; Treasurer, Michael
Mendicino and Secretary, Kathy Engel.
