Why should I take a course like this? Its really a matter of convenience and quality.
Convenience means you can do the courses on your schedule, not somebody
elses. Start when you want, work at your own pace, finish when
you want
its all up to you. Quality means choosing from topics
that are interesting and relevant to your work. It also means courses
that make it easy for you to learn.

How does a course work? Each course is divided into lessons that take about
20-30 minutes on average. Each lesson consists of text with multiple
choice questions mixed in. The text is presented one small, easy to read, easy
to understand, sentence or paragraph at a time. After a few screens of
text, you answer a few questions about what you have just read. As you
progress through the lesson, the learning process keeps track of how
you are doing on the questions. After all the text is presented, the
computer will go back to the questions you missed, and review them in
random order. Youll keep working on the lesson until you have answered
all the questions correctly, twice. At that point, the lesson will be
marked as complete on the main menu.
NOTE: The computer will always review with you
at the end and give you the correct answer. THERE IS NO FAILING. If
you answer a question incorrectly you will need to click the
right answer the next time the question loops around. Each question
has to be answered correctly, twice.
You can quit a lesson at any time and a bookmark will
save your place, so you dont have to repeat the work you have already
done when you return to a lesson.

Can more than one person take the course at the same
time? No. The course software requires active participation
throughout the course and is designed for a single user. Only the
student who has enrolled in and paid for the course, can receive credit
for it. Its just like a classroom course - everyone must
enroll separately and do the work.

How do I know that Ive completed the course
successfully? Remember youll keep working on the lesson until
youve answered all the questions correctly on two occasions.
Your course will be checked automatically by LIBOR. At that point, the
computer marks the lesson complete on the main menu, by noting an asterisk
(*), next to the lesson. Top
