Ehtics is the study of standards of conduct, moral judgment, and the required conduct for real estate professionals as outlined in the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Individual sections covered include the standards of conduct and moral judgment in sale, lease and exchange transactions, and standards of conduct and moral judgment in soliciting, negotiating or arranging a loan secured by real property.

The final section is a review of required conduct of real estate professionals as outlined in the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics Standards of Practice. Within this section the duties to clients, the public and other Realtors are covered.
