This course covers two important topics - the New York State Real Property Law and contracts. In the section on Real Property law, the provisions of the law related to licensure and operating a real estate business are discussed in detail. In the section on contracts, the various types of contracts are explained along with some provisions of the Statute of Frauds as they relate to real estate contracts.
